Client Feedback: After the fantastic result Alastair and the team had achieved renovating our town property — for which they were justifiably rewarded with a silver medal in the Master Builders House of Year awards — we had no hesitation commissioning Miles Construction to undertake work on our farmhouse. The brief was somewhat different here with the focus on achieving an overall modernization, internally and externally (including minor additions and landscaping), on a modest budget.
With the confidence, garnered from our previous venture, that Alastair understood our goals and would make the right decisions, as well as knowing his attention to keeping us fully informed via the internet, we appointed Miles Construction to obtain all necessary approvals from the local authorities, take the lead in all major design and decorating decisions and coordinate all aspects of construction and renovation. The result has been a beautifully renovated farmhouse that retains the charm of the existing bungalow with a modern look and feel we hoped for. That this was achieved without fuss or stress (on us) and within our budget reinforced our earlier experience of Miles Construction’s ability to deliver what its clients want.
