Client Feedback: Organising a major renovation of an older weatherboard home in Christchurch was never going to be easy from Singapore. I engaged Miles Construction as a project manager and never looked back. I was extremely impressed with Alastair's organisation skills and ability to stay on top of all aspects of the renovation programme, to keep work progressing, to meet identified milestones and to keep me fully informed throughout the process with great humour and tolerance. Miles Construction was responsible for the appointment of all sub-contractors and I took great comfort that the quality, professionalism and eye for detail that was evident in my dealings with Alastair were also reflected in the work of the various contractors under his management - no job was too big or small. Unlike my previous experiences Miles Construction managed the project budget, and my expectations, perfectly when it came to keeping costs under control. I now have a beautiful family home on a site that was originally marketed as a "knock down and rebuild" and could not have asked for anything more. I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending Miles Construction and will continue to work with them in the future."
