Congratulations Miles Construction. 10 out of 10. I would recommend you to anyone. I would like to thank you once again for the folder you did with contractors’ names + phone etc and also the information about where the appliances, carpets, etc were bought from. Top marks. The units have everything an over sixty person or persons needs. “Good Value”. Great plan, good structure, décor inside and out lovely very peaceful. Bathroom with wet-floor is good size + vanity is good size. Tiled floor and walls are easy care. Great that toilet is separate. Kitchen- what could one say; really great plus all the extras. What a bonus- Well done! Bathrooms are very good size, plus door off main bedroom like ensuite especially when I have visitors. Lounge is very good, especially the cupboard where all the cords can be hidden for your TV etc. Lighting inside and out is very good. Another bonus is the wiring for outside light or water feature (I have bought water feature and it looks really great). Garage is really good size, plus roller door is great. Mustn’t forget about the rounded corner of the house. It is so much easier than the squared (good thinking). I have had lots of people comment on that. Doorways for wheelchairs are good. No rules other than insurance and contribution to driveway if needed. There are also some comments that may help to improve just a little. Slope on shower floor (not enough), plug hole bigger, and removable for cleaning. Rail for shower curtain is too high. Inset in lounge for T.V too far back. Maybe ramp outside for wheelchair through lounge door (not every unit maybe 1 out of 4). Not much to complain about. Happy as!
